1. General refund policy

Refunds may be available within 7 days of purchase only if:

• The service has not been accessed

• The training session has not been attended

• The digital material has not been downloaded

• The consulting call has not taken place

• The program access has not been used

2. Non-refundable situations

No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

• A live training session or webinar has been attended

• Digital material has been downloaded or viewed

• A training event has been conducted

Once any portion of the service is delivered, consumed, or accessed, the order becomes non-refundable.

3. Event registrations and offline trainings

For in-person training events or workshops:

• Requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before the event

• Only the participation fee will be refunded (processing charges may apply)

• No refunds for no-show or last-minute cancellations

4. Transfers instead of refunds

Where possible, we may offer:

• Change of date

• Batch transfer

• Participant substitution

Transfers are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing.

5. Digital products

Digital products include recorded courses, e-books, templates, and downloadable material.

No refunds will be issued once digital products have been:

• Viewed

• Downloaded

• Accessed

No results are promised or implied.
